Position Overview
Briefly explain the general purpose of the position. This statement should be a general summary of the accountabilities listed in the next section.
To provide technical support and services for business units within a ITSB Hub as part of the 2nd line support team. Primary focus will be on supporting the end-user computing environment (e.g. laptops/desktops/printers) and personal productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office). Furthermore to ensure the provision and smooth operation of the physical infrastructure (e.g. LAN).
Principle Accountabilities (must add up to 100%)

Percentage Duty
40% Provision of day to day incident and problem resolution by responding to Viatil tickets as per SLA.
20% Responsible for change request handling.
20% Participation in local infrastructure projects. This position may be expected to lead small to medium sized projects.
10% Administrative tasks including IP related activities, asset management
10% Travel Time
